I was asked to implement a HUD element in this time trial game that displayed your current time on the screen while you race, which had to be offset from time dilation. In the spawn area, there was a leaderboard that displayed the times for all players in the session, sorted by the quickest time. If players hadn't completed a run yet, the leaderboard would display their current time in red text so that other players could keep track of their progress.

Upon completing a run, their best time was displayed in blue, so they could share it on social media and make it clear to others in the session that they had finished.
